I came across this Press Release Today regarding a blogger who is helping homeowners who are trying to avoid foreclosure.

I think this a a pretty cool idea. If you are facing foreclosure and having problems with getting your lender to do a loan modification this may be a great resource. It certainly couldn't hurt to take a look.
